How do I get a free windshield?Florida Statue 627.7288 states; Comprehensive coverage; deductible NOT to apply to motor vehicle glass.—The deductible provisions of any policy of motor vehicle insurance, delivered or issued in this state by an authorized insurer, providing comprehensive coverage or combined additional coverage shall not be applicable to damage to the windshield of any motor vehicle covered under such policy." This means no money out of pocket for you as the consumer because of this Florida Law. If you don't carry this coverage on your policy we can provide you with a competitive out of pocket quote.

How long is the process to replace my windshield?There are many factors that affect how long a windshield replacement actually takes. Typically a quality installation done the correct way can take anywhere from 45-60 minutes. The recommended drive away time is 1 hour. Plan for your vehicle to be down for about 2 hours.

Do I have to use Safelite to replace my windshield.No, as a consumer you have the right to choose the repair shop of your choice. If your insurance company is referring you to another glass shop, tell them you prefer RiteTech Auto Glass, a work order will be dispatched immediately. We offer a LIMITED WARRANTY provided to you in writing.
